• External participant fee (Per Person) : 200 EUR + %18 VAT/GST. The external participant fee includes; entrance to the congress venue, daily coffee breaks and lunchs. Official VAT 18% is not included.
  External participant fee is mandatory for those participants who are not staying in the congress hotels shown in the system. Once a participant enters one of the all inclusive concept hotels, there is no control over the services included in this concept. Therefore this fee must be paid at the enterance of the hotel in order avoid inconveniences. External participant Fee is required by the hotel management.
• The reservations will be accept min 3 nights (11^st May for c/in, 14^th May for c/out) or 4 nights (10^th May for c/in, 14^th May for c/out)
• Accommodation will be confirmed after accommodaiton fees related account numbers.
• The one-way transfers(airport-hotel-airport) of the participants who informed Serenas International Tourism about the details of their transfers shall be made at a cost of 200 TL + VAT in between the dates of May 10-14, 2017.

Cancellation of accommodation

Cancellation of hotel booking is accepted only in written form. All refunds, if applicable, will be
processed after the Congress. Please do not contact the hotel directly for any reservation changes
or cancellations!

– Cancellation before February 26th, 2017
Full refund of the accommodation fee less bank charges

– Cancellation from February 26th, 2017 to April 22nd, 2017
Refund of 50% of the accommodation fee

– Cancellation after April 22nd, 2017
No refund
